Contract lengths can no longer be updated for Microsoft products with active subscriptions

Starting with this release, users will no longer have the ability to modify payment plans or contract lengths for Microsoft products with active subscriptions. This update, implemented in Pricing Editions, aims to prevent inadvertent changes to contract durations that can impact Microsoft subscription terms.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
